The fire is lit every Friday and Saturday night (weather permitting) from dusk — around 5:30pm outside daylight savings and 7:00pm during daylight savings. Want that cosy campfire vibe on another night? No worries — simply let our Front Office team know before 4pm, and we’ll happily fire it up for you. We just like to make sure someone’s there to enjoy it! Grab a marshmallow stick, settle in, and soak up those magic Wooli nights

Woolworths delivers to Wooli THREE times a week! Order online at woolworths.com.au, enter your name and cabin number as the address, and your groceries arrive at your door. Pro tip: order before you leave home so it arrives on day one!

There's no supermarket in Wooli — but that's part of the charm! Coles delivers daily and Woolworths 3x a week. The Wooli Shop (7am-7pm daily) has essentials + takeaway. Minnie Water Store is just 15 mins drive for fresh pies. You won't go hungry — promise!

Canoe & Kayak Hire 🛶
Hire & collect keys from Reception Explore the river at your own pace with canoe and kayak hire, available daily from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Head out around low tide and keep an eye out — a little sand island appears just up the river to your right (you’ll spot it easily from the water). It’s the perfect spot to pull up, stretch your legs, and soak in the view. Along the way, you might spot fish, stingrays, and if you’re lucky, even a turtle gliding past.

Kayak and canoe hire is FREE for guests! Life jackets provided. Perfect morning activity before the crowds hit the pool.
The 383 Insider
The 383 gets busy on weekends - book a table ahead! Wednesday & Thursday are chill days with shorter waits.

Pool hours change seasonally. Check the board at Reception for today's times. Early morning swims are magical and quiet!
Beat the Slide Queue
Want the waterslide to yourself? Time it right. It’s usually nice and quiet around 9:30am and again at 1:00pm. Outside of that… expect peak kid chaos around lunchtime!

Wi-Fi works best in common areas near Reception. Pro tip: Download your shows before you arrive so you can chill offline by the river!

Please keep things nice and peaceful between 10:00pm and 8:00am — we’re all about good vibes, but everyone deserves a solid night’s sleep. Got a noisy neighbour?
